For example if you are cooking turkey your thermometer needs to be set to more than 160 degrees F.

It is best to add seasonings before the meat is cooked. If you add the seasoning to your dish while the meat is on the open fire, grill, or oven, then it will allow more of it to well settle into meat and provide a better taste.

The last thing you need to know about cooking meat is that after the dish is ready; wrap it in to aluminum foil. Don’t use any other foil for wrapping as it can spoil your dish.
